It's never a bad time to book for a massage, obviously, if you know that you are due for one because your body is telling you so, then don't wait any longer.
Bear in mind that an upper back pain between the shoulder blades will take a few weeks to resolve.
at first, it would seem that is getting better, but it doesn't really go away. that's a good time to see your personal massage therapist.
If you have a lower back tightness, it may be a call from the hamstrings which normally don't give much trouble, but they do get very tight and pull on your hip bone.
Are you knees sore? that could be your hamstrings if at the back or your quadriceps if at the front of the knee; that means, you need to find time to give your legs a break by having a deep tissue massage.

Muscular
injuries can be caused by sudden movements such as weight training at
the gym which can cause muscles to overstretch and tear.
Training
for a marathon, cycling or a sport's events can also cause injuries
to certain muscle groups such as hamstrings or quadriceps.
However,
not all the muscular injuries are caused by exercise. Sometimes,
injuries can be due to high level of stress, lack of movement during
long hours at the work place, looking after small children, bad
posture or any activity where muscles are pushed beyond their
capability.
At Massage
Blast, we treat anyone with muscular pain or, discomfort.
Massage
treatments can prevent injuries from taking place and reduce the
likelihood of them to re-occurring.
We have
now moved to Level 33, on 25 Canada Square E14 5LQ
Same day
appointments are available from 7am-9pm.
For
further details, check out our website or contact us with any
enquiries.

Linking Google reviews to a website is a challenge
Suddenly, all the links I had on my website to Google reviews from my local business pages, have created an error and do not show any more.
Whenever I try to create a link to my Google+ page, the link doesn't work... arrrgghh
